Responsibilities

• Create and design food and drink menus.
• Ensure adherence to food sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Maintain food and drink inventory.
• Resolve customer queries or concerns.
• Manage all FOH positions, including scheduling, developing and coaching employees, motivating the team and continuing to drive sales.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Experience as a supervisor or manager.
• Exceptional customer service.
• Communication skills.
• Exceptional knowledge of the food and drink.

Desirable Skills

• Experience as a supervisor or manager in a busy bar/restaurant an advantage.
