Job description

Working in a small but busy team you will provide a service on behalf of airlines and aircraft operators. This will include check-in duties ensuring accuracy according to airline policy and procedures. The service provided will include check-in, seat allocation, baggage accounting, aircraft loading, checking travel documentation, aircraft boarding, load control, escort to and from the aircraft, recording and reconciling lost or damaged property and providing assistance to passengers with reduced mobility .

Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive customer service experience for the public, passengers and visitors to the airport.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• 4 GCSE's to Grade C or above or equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of one years customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Desirable Skills

• Relevant airport experience.
