Independent Sector Assistant Manager
Job description
The post holder will be responsible for the provision of administrative functions carried out within the independent sector office.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to Business Information Co-ordinator in the delivery of independent sector waiting list initiatives.
- Provide support and cover for Business Information Co-Ordinator when necessary.
- Assist with the monitoring of waiting list initiative targets and the effective management of Inpatient, Outpatients and Day case independent sector waiting lists.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- University Degree OR Professional Qualification or equivalent / Higher Qualification AND 1 years administrative/ clerical experience with responsibility for the supervision of staff. OR
- HNC/HND OR Equivalent / Higher Qualification AND 2 years administrative / clerical experience with responsibility for the supervision of staff. OR
- 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C/9-4 including English and Maths AND 2 years administrative/clerical experience with responsibility for the supervision of staff. OR
- 4 years administrative/clerical experience with responsibility for the supervision of staff.
