Job description

Responsible for building computer and desktops to satisfy demand for internal customers. Travel to client sites to assist with delivery and support for hardware. Build and troubleshoot systems to be sold on ecommerce website..

Responsibilities

• Build refurbished PCs to the customer's requirements.
• Setup computers with basic Windows configuration.
• Delivery of products to site and help with deployment.
• Perform remote security checks and updates on PCs.
• Respond to support requests and log issues on helpdesk.
• Maintain product listing on ecommerce sites.
• Respond to customer information requests.
• Assist with packaging, despatch and shipping tasks.
• Prepare reports of sales on a weekly basis.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Willingness to learn.
• Interest in computer hardware.
• Basic knowledge of Windows 10.
• Basic knowledge of computer upgrades and repairs.
• Full driving licence and access to/own car required.

Further Information

The Employer is: FOCUSED ON DATA LIMITED. Salary: Under 18 £6.40, 18-20 £8.60, 21 & over £11.44 per hour. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer.
