Job description

The post holder will lead on project management support activities pertaining to delivery of encompass programme and will support the Programme by providing an effective and professional service to the Project and Programme Managers. The post holder will be responsible for providing support in relation to the administration and co-ordination of project tracking, production and maintenance of core project documentation and provision of key metrics and reports. The post holder will be part of a multi skilled team and will have a culture of team working, continuous improvement and innovation, and the ability to prioritise tasks. .

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects using specified methods; ensuring outputs are delivered on time and to an appropriate standard.
• Contribute in the production of Business Cases, Feasibility studies or Specification documents as appropriate.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• A university degree and 2 years' relevant experience.
• Or: an HND or equivalent recognised qualification and 3 years' relevant experience.
• Or: 5 years' relevant experience.
