Responsibilities

  • Main duties will be to make our delicious homemade bakery products.
  • Producing various types of scones, large desserts, cakes and traybakes daily and assist in packaging items for retailing in our shop. 

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Be available to work 20-24 hours per week.
  • Be available to work from 6.30am.
  • Be available a weekend day.
  • Have similar baking experience.
  • Have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude within our team.
  • Have good knowledge of environmental health procedures, HACCP and written records.

Desirable Skills

  • Hold an up to date food hygiene certificate.
  • Hold a relevant catering or patisserie qualification or certificate.

Further Information

We are a 7 day business so our flexible working rotas normally include a weekend day. Our cafes bring the benefit of avoiding those late night hours with no late-night work.
