Job description

Exciting opportunity for a Receptionist in an Accountants office in Tandragee. .

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors.
  • Answering phone in a professional manner and directing calls as necessary.
  • Ensuring that the Day Book is kept up to date and fully completed, which includes recording all phonecalls and client/visitors to the office.
  • Scheduling appointments.
  • Filing.
  • Answering the phone.
  • Data input.
  • Dealing with clients coming into the office etc.
  • General admin as and when required.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Competent in use of Excel and Word.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Able to work as part of a team.
  • Flexibility in working hours.
  • Maths and English at GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent).

Desirable Skills

  • Previous reception experience or office experience an advantage.
  • Desirable that the candidate wants to progress within the accountancy office environment.
