Exciting opportunity for a Receptionist in an Accountants office in Tandragee. .
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors.
- Answering phone in a professional manner and directing calls as necessary.
- Ensuring that the Day Book is kept up to date and fully completed, which includes recording all phonecalls and client/visitors to the office.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Filing.
- Answering the phone.
- Data input.
- Dealing with clients coming into the office etc.
- General admin as and when required.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Competent in use of Excel and Word.
- Attention to detail.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility in working hours.
- Maths and English at GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent).
Desirable Skills
- Previous reception experience or office experience an advantage.
- Desirable that the candidate wants to progress within the accountancy office environment.
