Job description

The purpose of the role will be to help maximise sales by establishing excellent relationships with existing and new customers to assist in the achievements of the branch sales and profit targets The successful applicant will work as part of a team dealing with a variety of sectors, predominantly automotive but also including engineering customers. The range of customer enquiries is very wide and contact is both at the counter and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Handle parts requirements of customers through counter service and sales
• To work within a team and to communicate and liaise with other team members

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• A good knowledge of vehicle parts
• Strong interpersonal skills with approachable outlook

Desirable Skills

• Experience in a similar role
• Full Driver's Licence
