Job description
The Sustainability & Energy Coordinator will manage energy monitoring activities, maintain environmental databases, and reduce energy consumption through site visits and recommendations. The role involves promoting sustainable behaviours, delivering biodiversity projects, and providing advice on retrofitting initiatives and energy efficiency. Staying updated on sustainability developments and providing training to colleagues and tenants are also key responsibilities..

Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Degree level qualification or equivalent in a relevant field such as construction, surveying, environmental management, energy or engineering And 6 months relevant experience in energy, sustainability, or environmental management
- Or HND in construction, surveying, environmental management, energy or engineering and 1 year's relevant experience in energy, sustainability, or environmental management
- Or 3.5 years relevant experience, such as construction, property, mechanical and electrical installation (which must include 6 months in energy or sustainability related capacity) And working towards, willingness work towards obtaining relevant HND
Desirable Skills
