The Employer is: PHILLIP MCCALLEN MOTORCYCLES LTD. Working alongside our current experienced sales team to learn the sales process in a multi franchised dealer. Assisting the team in customer communications to ensure all our customer expectations are meet. Learning how to carry out the perfect 'Handover' to ensure the customers new bike experience is a great one from the start. .

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a welcoming and individual experience in a warm and professional manner.
• Build customer loyalty and satisfaction ensuring all requirements are met.
• Maximising opportunities through prospecting, following-up calls, in-bound telephone enquiries, walk in prospects and internet enquiries.
• Ensuring all vehicles marked with current offers and promotions.
• Moving stock to ensure all vehicles displayed in a pleasing manner.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Punctual, organised, and efficient whilst working towards deadlines.
• Customer service skills.
• Able to demonstrate empathy towards customers.
• Professional and possess excellent communication skills.
• Good level of computer skills.

Further Information

The Employer is: PHILLIP MCCALLEN MOTORCYCLES LTD. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended, and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer. Location: Unit 10/11 Portman Business Park, Lisburn
