Job description

The Employer is: PHILLIP MCCALLEN MOTORCYCLES LTD. Working alongside our current staff to help with the growth of our E-Commerce platform and sales. This will include processing orders, stock control and dealing with online customer queries. .

Responsibilities

• Processing of online orders on a daily basis, to include processing on internal DMS, picking, packaging and processing on shipping portals.
• Updating online sales platforms with updated pricing and offers.
• Adding new stock to the online platforms.
• Answering customer queries on online platforms.
• Processing returns.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Punctual, organised, and efficient whilst working towards deadlines.
• Pro-active and enthusiastic when speaking with customers.
• Able to demonstrate empathy towards customers.
• Professional and possess excellent communication skills.
• Good level of computer skills

Further Information

The Employer is: PHILLIP MCCALLEN MOTORCYCLES LTD. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended, and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer.
