GetSociable, a tech company headquartered in Belfast are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive. The candidate will work with the rest of the team on marketing campaigns to promote our services. It will encompass creative, analytical, digital, commercial and administrative responsibilities. Central to this is the ability to create engaging imagery and video based content. They will have an opportunity to work closely with suppliers and customers and help drive our strategy..

Responsibilities

• Develop our Digital Channels, Print and Brand Management to elevate brand awareness.
• Drive traffic to our Website / App to create a call to action.
• Create a content editorial calendar in line with company objectives.
• Knowledge of video and photo editing to produce content in-house.
• Create content for Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) to increasing followers, views, engagement using tools such as Canva.
• Monitor and engage in social discussions about our company, competitors, and industry.
• Report on social media activity and trends including competitors.
• Track, measure, and analyse all initiatives to report on social ROI.
• Maintain the Website and Web App by refreshing content through the CMS, building landing pages that drives leads and focus on SEO.
• Develop email campaigns, including template designs, calls-to-action and content.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Knowledge of marketing platforms and tools including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Hootsuite and Mailchimp.
• A natural self-starter, comfortable working without micro-management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines, identify issues and resolve with minimal direction.
• Ability to get things done quickly (whilst maintaining quality); working to a pace.
• Comfortable giving and receiving feedback.
• Proactive attitude.

Desirable Skills

• A relevant qualification in Marketing / Digital Marketing is desirable.
• Experience of working with a Marketing department is desirable.
