Job description

The Employer is: PROFILETREE WEB DESIGN AND DIGITAL MARKETING. We seek 5 versatile and motivated Digital Operations Executives to join our agency. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work across various departments including Client Services, Digital Strategy, Business Development, Web Design, and Administration - depending on their interests and skills. The key responsibilities may include: Client Services: Manage a portfolio of client accounts, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. Digital Strategy: Create compelling and engaging content across various media platforms. Business Development: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborate throughout the project lifecycle. Web Design: Work with clients, project owners, and web developers to create effective design solutions. Administration: Maintain internal processes and ensure smooth agency operations..

Responsibilities

  • Key areas of responsibility include managing client accounts, supporting project processes and creating engaging digital content.
  • Identifying new business opportunities, assisting with web design projects, and providing administrative support to optimise internal workflows.
  • The Digital Operations Executive will collaborate closely with various teams, adapt to diverse responsibilities, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a dynamic environment.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
  • Project Management: Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to identify and resolve issues proactively. Adaptability and flexibility in handling challenges and changes.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work. Ability to maintain accuracy and consistency in documentation and communication. Strong organisational skills to manage data, files, and reports effectively.
  • Full training will be provided.

Desirable Skills

  • Digital Marketing: An understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices. Knowledge of various digital marketing channels, such as social media and content marketing.
  • Full training will be provided.

Further Information

The Employer is: PROFILETREE WEB DESIGN AND DIGITAL MARKETING. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended, and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to various roles and responsibilities. Attention to detail, effective time management, and a passion for delivering high-quality work are essential. We do have 5 roles available and are open to taking people from a range of backgrounds - including administration, design or others. Full training will be provided and individuals will have an opportunity to work in a range of areas, while will align to their own interests.
