• Process design & re-engineering
• Business process testing
• User experience analysis

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• A degree in a discipline that requires the application of analytical skills.
• At least 3 years experience of working in a BA role
• A valid drivers Licence and access to private transport

Desirable Skills

• Diploma in Business Analysis or studying towards the diploma
• PRINCE2 Foundation
• Data & information analysis
• Change implementation planning & management
