Job description

Work in the nursery kitchen, prepping and cooking fresh food on a daily basis Ad-hoc hours to cover holidays (will be known every January for the year) and to cover any sickness.

Responsibilities

  • Comply with food standard agencies policies and procedures
  • Complete all relevant paperwork and recording food temperatures
  • Maintain and clean kitchen and dining room environment throughout the day
  • Manage food delivery (on Mondays only)

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Current food hygiene
  • Relevant experience in a kitchen environment
  • NVQ or equivalent in catering
