Digital Training / ICT Support Officer
Job description
Choice is seeking to recruit a Digital Training / ICT Support Officer to play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth implementation and utilisation of various digital applications and systems within the organisation. This individual will be responsible for providing comprehensive end-user training, support, and guidance to maximise user adoption and proficiency in utilising these tools effectively. It is expected that this role will provide expert level support within the Service Delivery team. It is anticipated that this role will be flexible to best allocate time in line with demands of the organisation. .
Responsibilities
- Play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth implementation and utilisation of various digital applications and systems within the organisation
- Providing comprehensive end-user training, support, and guidance to maximise user adoption and proficiency in utilising these tools effectively
- It is expected that this role will provide expert level support within the Service Delivery team. It is anticipated that this role will be flexible to best allocate time in line with demands of the organisation.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Previous experience of systems training for a minimum of 6 months
- Previous experience of ICT Support in a similar role for a minimum of 2 years
- Good working knowledge of - Microsoft Azure configuration and administration; Azure Virtual Desktop; Microsoft Office 365 administration; Windows 10 Operating Systems; PC hardware technical knowledge; Knowledge of ITSM service model
- Patient and empathetic towards users with varying levels of technical expertise
- Degree of flexibility as some out of hours working will be required
- Current driving licence
