Job description

Prepare, produce and bake pastries, breads, rolls and desserts. Working as part of a team in a very busy bake-house. .

• Adhere to health and safety regulations.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Demonstrate an excellent knowledge of food hygiene.
• Knowledge of food production methods. Ability to work well with your hands. Able to work well with others.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate an understanding of ingredients and food preparation to craft recipes and create baked goods.

Desirable Skills

• To work well under pressure and the ability to use your initiative.

Further Information

Work Time: 20 hours per week, 5 days, Monday-Friday 1.30am-5.30am.
