Working at our Head Office on the Ormeau Road, you will provide administrative support for operational functions within the business, such as Human Resources, Health and Safety, Finance, and Operations. .
Responsibilities
- Produce business documents.
- Communication via email, telephone, face-to-face.
- Produce minutes of meetings.
- Provide administrative support for meetings.
- Analyse and present business data.
- Organise and deliver customer service.
- Resolve customers complaints.
- Spreadsheet software.
- Database software.
- Using e-mail.
- Word Processing Software.
- Website software.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communicator.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Good at following instructions.
Further Information
The Employer is: MOUNT CHARLES GROUP. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended, and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer.
