Job description

To join the Morellis team. To serve and engage with customers. You will be a Sales Advisor, serving members of the public, making orders up for deliveries and fulfilling general shop duties. .

Responsibilities

• To serve and engage with customers.
• To provide impeccable communication skills.
• To work as part of a team.
• To report to Line Manager.
• To complete food safety and all other training required (training will be provided).
• To make and serve hot drinks, sundaes, waffles, milkshakes and other dessert treats.
• To make up orders for deliveries.
• Stock replenishment and quality control.
• To oversee deliveries.
• Cash handling tasks and operating a till and card machine.
• General shop cleaning duties and to maintain a clean working environment.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• No previous experience required as full training will be provided.
• We ask that the employee is flexible with working hours and available to work some evening and weekend shifts.

Desirable Skills

• Some customer service experience or people skills would be desirable.

Further Information

The Employer is: MORELLIS AT LURGAN LTD. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer. Salary: 16-17 £6.40, 18-20 £8.60, 21 plus £11.44 per hour.
