Job description
The post holder will provide efficient and effective administrative support service to Clinical staff and their teams within the Specialist Primary Care Services. .
Responsibilities
- Provide an administrative support service to Clinical staff and other team members.
- Deal with telephone and face to face enquiries from staff, other professionals, patients and relatives providing information and directing and prioritising queries as appropriate and taking any necessary action.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C including English Language or equivalent / higher qualification AND 1 years experience in a clerical/ administrative role OR 2 years experience in a clerical/administrative role.
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Excel Spreadsheets, Word and Outlook.
