To assist a team of scientific and technical staff providing comprehensive non-ionising radiation, imaging and safety services to HSC and other organisations in N. Ireland. To participate in the scheme of in-service Clinical Technologist Training in Non-Ionising Radiation Physics..

Responsibilities

  • Assist with testing and calibration of equipment used in the Non-Ionising Radiation Group

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • A degree in a relevant subject (e.g. Physics, Radiography) or other appropriate subject or a diploma of the Royal College of Radiographers or A diploma HNDHNC in a relevant science discipline and 1 years relevant experience

Desirable Skills

  • Working in a scientific technical environment.
