Job description

The Employer is: REID & CO. SOLICITORS. Answering telephone calls incoming and transferring them to the appropriate member of staff. Welcoming clients and other visitors to the office and advising appropriate member of staff of their arrival. .

Responsibilities

  • Answering telephone calls incoming and transferring them to the appropriate member of staff.
  • Welcoming clients and other visitors to the office and advising appropriate member of staff of their arrival.
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments and diary time management.
  • Accepting incoming post and scanning onto case management system.
  • Assisting other members of staff with some typing duties and outgoing post when required.
  • Keeping reception area tidy and getting meeting rooms ready for appointments.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Good time management.
  • Good telephone manner.
  • All training will be provided.

Desirable Skills

  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) is desirable.

Further Information

The Employer is: REID & CO. SOLICITORS. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended, and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer. Wage: 16/17 £6.40, 18/20yrs £8.60, 21yrs or over £11.44 per hour.
