Responsibilities
- As a Sales Executive, you'll be at the forefront of our business, engaging with customers to understand their needs and offering tailored solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through excellent service and product knowledge.
- Providing expert advice on flooring and furniture options, helping customers choose the perfect fit for their space.
- Collaborating with the design team to create customised solutions that exceed customer expectations.
- Managing the sales process from initial inquiry to final installation, ensuring a seamless experience for the customer.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively promote our offerings.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the flooring or furniture industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers and understand their needs.
- A passion for interior design and a keen eye for detail.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work 2 Saturdays a month 10am-4pm.
Desirable Skills
- Experience in the flooring industry is a plus.
