Job description
To provide high quality support to the multidisciplinary team within CAMHS ensuring that procedures are followed to provide an efficient and effective service in a high quality manner..
Responsibilities
- Maintain electronic records via the Community Information System PARIS. To include registering new patients inputting/uploading information/correspondence generating letters validating information booking new/review patient appointments.
- Ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the use of the information systems used within the service.
- Maintain effective office processes to ensure an efficient admin service is provided.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C including English Language or equivalent / higher qualification AND 1 years experience in a clerical / administrative role OR 2 years experience in a clerical / administrative role.
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office packages including Word and Outlook.
- Hold a current full driving licence which is valid for use in the UK and have access to a car on appointment. This criteria will be waived in the case of applicants whose disability prohibits driving but who have access to a form of transport.
Desirable Skills
- Experience of Audio Typing.
- Experience of organising and servicing meetings / events.
Further Information
Wage: £21,730 - £23,177 per annum pro rata.
