We are currently in search of a skilled Chef to join our team in the bustling kitchen of a reputable children's daycare nursery. This role offers no night or weekend shifts. Your duties will involve preparing, cooking, and presenting savory dishes to the highest quality. You'll also be responsible for upholding impeccable standards of Food Hygiene and Health and Safety. Flexibility with work hours to accommodate the nursery's needs is essential. Duties extend to child protection, confidentiality, and active involvement in professional development. From preparing nutritious meals to assisting with personal care, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and supporting free flow systems, your role is multifaceted. Upholding exemplary practice, adhering to policies, and cooperating with health and safety standards are integral aspects. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook nutrional meals
- Perform ongoing cleaning and health/safety checks.
- Assist with personal care and hygiene duties.
- Deliver quality care and activities in a secure and stimulating environment.
- Be flexible across all rooms, ensuring child protection and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with parents, encouraging their involvement.
- Participate in professional development and training.

Hours will mainly be 9am - 2pm Monday - Thursday and 9am-5pm on a Friday.
