Responsibilities
- Carry out administrative tasks necessary for the smooth operation of the service, to a high standard and within reasonable time limits
- Assist Management in producing reports both internally and externally, to a high standard and within reasonable time limits
- Manage referrals to the service from point of enquiry to allocation
- Maintain data within the Client Information System and utilise databases within the service and to support data collection
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- English GCSE at Grade C or above, or Essential Skills level 2 (or higher) in Communication, or equivalent
- Hold a relevant administration qualification together with a minimum of 1 year's experience working in an admin setting
- Or Have at least 2 years experience working in an admin setting
Further Information
Salary: £23,088.00 per annum pro-rata.
