Solarium Reception/Salon Assistant role will involve: Helping with everyday running of the salon. Reception and booking duties. Answering telephone queries. Providing excellent customer service. Cashier duties (handling cash and card payments). Cleaning duties, make sure salon and equipment are kept clean..

Responsibilities

• Customer service and reception duties.
• Keep salon and equipment clean.
• To learn to use computerised booking system. Full training will be provided.
• Learning how to make cash and card payments as well as till reconciliation at the end of shifts.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Good communication with employer and salon clients.
• Computing skills enabling further training on our booking system.
• Alert to what's happening in the salon at all times.
• Excellent attendance and timekeeping.

Desirable Skills

• Willing to learn.
• Pleasant and able to communicate with clients.
• Shifts include evenings and weekends.

Further Information

The Employer is: CLOONEY SOLARIUM Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer. Wage: 16/17 £6.40, 18/20yrs £8.60, 21yrs or over £11.44 per hour.
