Job description

As a Community Care Assistant, you will provide extremely high standards of care to our service users in your local community. Your visits to our service users are not only about practical help but also a support to our service user’s emotional needs, especially those who may live alone or have been isolated from society. A Community Care Assistant is more than just a job, it is a calling which provides real satisfaction knowing you have allowed and enabled elderly and vulnerable people to remain in their homes whilst receiving the assistance they need to maintain a quality of life. We are looking for happy, caring, and compassionate people who are good listeners, energetic and have a passion for caring for others to join our current amazing team..

Responsibilities

• Personal Care (Toileting, showering, dressing etc).
• Light domestic duties.
• Companionship.
• Assisting with medication.
• Preparing/serving meal and snacks.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Enhanced Access NI check.
• Acceptable references.
