Job description

We are looking a fully qualified and competent Barista with serving experience. Candidates should be proficient in the steaming of milk. They should be able to demonstrate some latte art and be able to hand pour stretched milk of the rich temperature. The job also entails meeting and greeting customers and providing excellent customer care to those dining with us. .

Responsibilities

• Cash handling
• Cold and hot drink preparation
• Key holder
• Cashing up till at end of day.
• Ensuring the smooth operation day to day.

Further Information

Sugarcane Cafe Bistro, The Square, Comber. In addition to above minimum wage a full time employee can add around £3k pounds via staff tips which are processed through payroll. This job does entail working weekends but there will be no late nights. There is a good chance of rising to shift supervisor with this role.
