About Ravine: Ravine offers 20 tailored work experience placements per year to young people aged 18-24 facing mental health challenges. Job Description: As a Social Media Content Creator, you will help amplify our mission to raise awareness about the Ravine Project. You'll be responsible for crafting engaging content across various social media platforms including photos, videos and written posts to share our progress, engage with our community and inspire action..

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, photos, and written posts, for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Ensure that all content aligns with Ravine's branding guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging to maintain consistency across platforms.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote Ravine's initiatives, events, and activities, coordinating with internal teams to ensure campaign objectives are met.
  • Utilise various strategies, including user-generated content, influencer partnerships, and targeted advertising, to maximise campaign reach and engagement. Content Creation:
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, communications, and program departments, to gather content ideas, stories, and updates for social media posts.
  • Work closely with in house designers, photographers, and videographers to create high-quality visual content that resonates with our audience.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers in a timely and professional manner, fostering meaningful interactions and building community engagement.

  • Adaptability: Being adaptable and flexible in responding to changes in social media trends, platform algorithms, and organisational priorities is important for staying relevant and effective in the ever-evolving landscape of digital marketing.
  • Analytical Skills: Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights) is beneficial for monitoring performance metrics, tracking engagement, and identifying opportunities for improvement in content strategy.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, communications, and program departments, is essential for gathering content ideas, coordinating campaign efforts, and ensuring alignment with organisational goals.

Further Information

The Employer is: THE ADVANTAGE FOUNDATION LTD. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended, and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer. Wage: 16/17 £6.40, 18/20yrs £8.60, 21yrs or over £11.44 per hour
