This post is for maternity cover. The Sales Support Administrator will provide administration and marketing support to a sales team selling office supplies..
Responsibilities
- General administrative duties
- Prepare quotation documents
- Administer online ordering website
- Support with marketing and promotions
- Respond to incoming sales enquiries by email, phone & online
- Process sales orders as and when required
- Record accurate information on CRM system
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 5 GCSE grades A-C including Maths and English
- Proficient in Word & Excel
- Communication and listening skills
Desirable Skills
- ICT Skills Level 2
- Knowledge of Adobe Indesign is desirable but not necessary as training will be required to design promotional brochures
