This post is for maternity cover. The Sales Support Administrator will provide administration and marketing support to a sales team selling office supplies..

Responsibilities

  • General administrative duties
  • Prepare quotation documents
  • Administer online ordering website
  • Support with marketing and promotions
  • Respond to incoming sales enquiries by email, phone & online
  • Process sales orders as and when required
  • Record accurate information on CRM system

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Minimum of 5 GCSE grades A-C including Maths and English
  • Proficient in Word & Excel
  • Communication and listening skills

Desirable Skills

  • ICT Skills Level 2
  • Knowledge of Adobe Indesign is desirable but not necessary as training will be required to design promotional brochures
