The Personality Disorder Service provides Trust wide services for individuals experiencing personality disorder, The Team Manager will play a key role in re-organisation and re-engineering of Personality Disorder Resources to provide an appropriate service response for individuals presenting with Personality Disorder..

Responsibilities

• Ensure systems for appropriate allocation of referrals and review of caseloads in keeping with agreed standards are maintained.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years experience working within a Community Mental Health Team as a Community Psychiatric Nurse band 6 or above.
• Or 3 years as Social Worker, Or Clinical Psychologist band 7 Or 3 years experience at band 6 OT.

Desirable Skills

• Experience of managing leading a multi-disciplinary team in a formal acting-up capacity.
