Job description

The post holder will play a key role in providing leadership for the regional Lifeline service, and will supervise and manage a team of counsellors who provide a 24/7 counselling service.

Responsibilities

• Work as a member of the Lifeline Leadership Team and contribute to its overall performance and common aims, recognising and respecting the roles and responsibilities of other team members

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Five years post qualifying experience (i.e. Registered Nurse whose name is entered on Part 1 (Mental Health) of the register maintained by the NMC
• OR A professional Social Work qualification recognised by the NI Social Care Council / Hold an Approved Social Work qualification
