Job description
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Managing Director (MD). The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to the MD, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and enabling them to focus on key priorities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of our company's growth and success. .
Responsibilities
- Manage the MD's complex and ever-changing schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and discretion.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as requested by the MD.
- Conduct research, gather information, and compile data to support the MD in decision-making processes.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed, ensuring the MD's personal and professional life are seamlessly integrated.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
- Discretion and confidentiality are paramount in this role.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the MD and the business.
