About you: Experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided, your empathy and warm-hearted approach will shine through Holding an NVQ Level 1 or 2 in Health and Social Care would be advantageous or a willingness to work towards this. We are, able to support you in obtaining this qualification on a fully funded apprenticeship supplied by external providers. • You will go on a shift pattern which will include working alternate weekends.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• You will have excellent communication skills required to deliver the highest standard of person-centred care.

Desirable Skills

• Holding an NVQ Level 1 or 2 in Health and Social Care would be advantageous or a willingness to work towards this. We are, able to support you in obtaining this qualification on a fully funded apprenticeship supplied by external providers.
