Payroll Administrator


Job description

Our Client, Wrightbus, are seeking a Payroll administrator to join their team in Galgorm. The primary duties as a payroll admin will support in preparing, processing and distributing employee pay checks..

Responsibilities

  • Checking the number of hours employees have worked
  • Calculating wages and salaries
  • Collaborating with the human resources department to maintain employee data
  • Any other general duties required

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Previous experience in a Payroll / Accounts environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and strong numeracy skills
  • Working knowledge of payroll software
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Interpersonal skills
