Do you have joinery experience and are looking for a new challenge? We are currently seeking Production Operatives for our client, a small family ran blinds business in Ballymena..

Responsibilities

• Working within a Production Team to ensure all required blinds and shutters are delivered on time.
• Making blinds and shutters to order by following the customer requirements.
• Checking all aspects of blinds and shutters are within quality tolerances.
• Liaising with Team Leader to ensure all daily targets are met.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Previous joiner experience using hand and power tools.
• Proven ability to work as part of a team in a busy environment and also to work on your own initiative, taking personal responsibility for work while maintaining a focus on detail and accuracy and producing work of a high quality.
• Proven ability of working to meet strict deadlines and to achieve agreed department targets.
