An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance/ Outdoor Cleaning Operative to join our Team. Work Services is a vibrant facilities services company operating across Northern Ireland and the border counties. We are looking with someone with grit and termination to provide the best service to our customers. You will work across both our Saltworks and Cleanworks divisions, with job requirements including; Winter gritting (must have a full clean licence and be willing to work evening and weekends when required) Window cleaning High-level cleaning Landscaping and gardening to name but a few Full training will be provided . Please note that there will be a mixture of shifts involving day, evening and weekend work. Candidates will be expected to be flexible in terms of their availability. .

Responsibilities

• Power washing.
• Weed spraying.
• Gutter cleaning.
• Graffiti removal.
• Litter picking.
• Landscaping.
• Grass cutting.
• General cleaning.
• Winter gritting (must have a full clean licence and be willing to work evening and weekends when required).

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Full driving licence.

Desirable Skills

• Weed spraying licence.
• Forklift licence.
• Telehandler licence.
• Relevant experience.
