The Customer Service Advisor will work as part of a team in the Customer Service Centre providing a high quality telephone customer service, effectively responding to and resolving all types of calls across the full range of service activity i.e. rents, neighbourhoods, allocations, housing and repairs..

• Customer Service Advisor will work as part of a team in the Customer Service Centre providing a high quality telephone customer service, effectively responding to and resolving all types of calls across the full range of service activity i.e. rent.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Good general level of education to include GCSEs or equivalent level qualifications, in both English and Maths;
• OR A minimum of six months customer service experience, communicating with customers via phone.
• Evidence of ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a workplace environment.
• Evidence of ability to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail in work responsibilities.
• Excellent level of IT literacy with working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, to include work related experience of Excel, Word and Outlook.
