SPPG Administrative Assistant, Band 4


Job description

The post holder will form an integral part of the Business Management Team within the Hospital Care directorate, with the responsibility of ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of the administrative function within the team. This role will require the post holder to fulfil high level administrative duties on behalf of the Assistant Director and senior managers.

Responsibilities

  • To be responsible for ensuring all staff training within the team is fully completed.
  • To hold responsibility for ensuring adherence to the relevant information governance procedures and policies within the team.
  • To be responsible for the development, input management and maintenance of the databases for revenue and capital business cases.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • 2 A-Levels and 5 GCSEs (Grade A-C) or equivalent including English and Maths
  • And 18 months administrative/clerical experience.
  • Or 3 years administrative/clerical experience.
