Responsibilities
- As the first contact person for the resuscitation service must be courteous, professional and approachable in dealing with queries via telephone, e mail or face to face to ensure a high standard of customer care on behalf of the service and the Trust
- Maintain diary/electronic calendars.
- Assist with arranging meetings, training courses, to include advertising, booking venues and video conferencing.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- 5 GCSEs (Grades A-C) including English Language and Maths or equivalent or higher educational standard AND 2 years administrative/ clerical experience that must include using databases and spread sheets to produce reports: OR
- 3 years administrative/ clerical experience that must include using databases and spread sheets to produce reports.
- Hold a current full driving licence which is valid for use in the UK and have access to a car on appointment. This criteria will be waived in the case of applicants whose disability prohibits driving but who have access to a form of transport.
Desirable Skills
- Experience of HRPTS.
- Formal typing qualifications.
