You will also guide, develop and coach our staff in engagement and activity with residents, so that every day is filled with magic moments. You will ensure residents’ dignity and self-esteem is enhanced through meaningful engagement, positive relationships and free expression of individuality..

Responsibilities

• Leading on, and delivering, high quality meaningful activity for all residents.
• Ensuring people living with dementia enjoy the same opportunities for engagement and activity as other residents.
