Oversee and manage live jobs. Be responsible for day to day running and problem-solving any issues that may arise..

Responsibilities

• Oversee live jobs onsite.
• Through time measure, value and estimate jobs.
• Ensure correct materials/amounts of materials required are onsite prior to the job commencing and while the job Is live.
• Oversee employees onsite.
• Liaise with other professionals onsite.
• Ensure health and safety is adhered to by all employees.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Good communication skills e.g. liaising with Director, employees onsite and other professionals onsite to ensure work is being carried out effectively and efficiently.
• Good time management to ensure the timescales of the job are adhered to, to ensure completion of job when required by the contractor.
• Organisational skills in order to ensure correct materials and amount of material required is on hand onsite to ensure job is efficient.
• Work on initiative, as the job progresses and experience is gained, a lot more responsibility will be put onto this employee and they will be expected to work independently.

Further Information

The Employer is: FLOORING SOLUTIONS (NI) LTD Although this is a full time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer.
