Our Sales Assistants will join the team and are the essential link between our platform and our customers. Coached by the management team, our Sales Assistants contribute to the success of the platform by driving sales, excelling in customer service and offering their knowledge of the product and brand..

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets by using key selling skills.
• Create and develop a bond with our customers by providing exemplary service.
• Lead management client scheduling.
• Prospecting new clients.
• LinkedIn lead management.
• Emailing and follow ups.
• Chatbot management video.
• Demos and follow ups.
• Client management.
• Client meetings.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• We are looking for team players with strong selling skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a small team.
• To succeed you will need to be a customer focused Sales Assistant with an ability to work as part of a team.
• GCSEs (or equivalent) or higher.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to contribute fresh ideas.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to fast-paced environments.
• Sales experience.

Desirable Skills

• Knowledge of music videos.
• Familiarity of the brand.
• Use of ChatGPT.
• Interest in the music/film industry.
• All training provided.

Further Information

The Employer is: MUSIC VIDEO MARKETPLACE LTD. Salary: 16-17 £6.40, 18-20 £8.60, 21 plus £11.44 per hour. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer.
