Job description
Receptionist required to cover maternity leave in a country medical centre. Meet and greet all patients at the front desk with a warm and courteous welcome..
Responsibilities
- Meet and greet all patients at the front desk with a warm and courteous welcome.
- Answer telephone calls. Process prescriptions.
- General administration (filing, scanning, post). Operation and maintenance of the computer system. Other admin duties.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- GCSE English Language (grade A-C or equivalent).
- Fully computer literate. Excellent communication skills and organisational skills.
- Ensuring absolute confidentiality us maintained at all times. Flexibility. Working as part of a team and use own initiative.
Desirable Skills
- Experience working as a medical receptionist/working in a healthcare setting/working with the general public. Use of clinical system.
