Job description

The post holder will provide comprehensive memory rehabilitation occupational therapy services to service users who have attended the memory service and who meet the required criteria for rehabilitation. They will work closely with the multi-disciplinary team and they will provide a high quality Occupational Therapy service to a specialist caseload of clients with memory impairment, and their families and carers..

Responsibilities

• To work closely with the Occupational Therapy service lead and advanced practitioner in delivery of the Occupational Therapy memory rehabilitation programme

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• 2 years post qualifying experience with experience of working with service users who have dementia
