Job description
To manage the Floating Support Service within the Mid Ulster Area. To work as part of the Magherafelt/ Cookstown Community Mental Health Team for Older People. .
Responsibilities
- To manage a team of Dementia Floating Support staff providing person centred care and support to services users living with dementia within their own home in the Mid Ulster locality;
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Professional Qualification in Social Work recognised by NISCC or
- Nursing recognised by the NMC
- Allied Health Profession recognised by HPC
- Or NVQ Level III in Supervisory Management
