Operations Administrator
Job description
We are seeking to appoint an Operations Administrator for a thriving industry, one that continues to grow exponentially as the attractiveness and government legislation around electric vehicles continues to drive demand for more EV charging points the across the country. .
Responsibilities
- Promptly and professionally responding to customer inquiries.
- Effectively addressing customer concerns and working with internal teams to find solutions.
- Assist with customer ordering process.
- Basic technical support.
- Administration duties.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Proven experience in administration and customer service with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skilled at analysing and resolving customer issues, can adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using CRM software.
- Ability to work well with cross-functional teams with a genuine passion for helping customers and being able to empathise with their needs.
- Excellent organisational skills and can manage multiple tasks and priorities at once.
Desirable Skills
- Experience working within the EV Charging or renewables industries.
