The role of the Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) Community Mental Health Services for Older Peoples Service is to provide safe, effective, compassionate care, in accordance with legal and statutory responsibilities and Trust policies. Responsibilities

• To lead in the development of care pathways, and therapeutic approaches for clients with mental health needs within an allocated caseload.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Registered Nurse Level 1 ( Adult; Mental Health; Learning Disabilities) on the NMC Register.

Desirable Skills

• Experience of multi-disciplinary working
